What we deliver
Comprehensive assembly of skid-mounted systems
- Pre-fabricated, modular units for quick deployment and reduced on-site installation time.
- Execution of high-precision tubing installations using leading systems like Swagelok, Parker, Gyrolok, and DK-LOK.
- Assembly of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) installations, including panels with measuring devices (e.g. pressure transmitters).
- Execution of insulation for pipelines, tanks, and components to optimize thermal efficiency and safety.
- Integration of various components (piping, electrical, instrumentation) onto a single frame, skid or into container.
System Testing & Commissioning
- Testing of ready-to-use systems, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- On-site commissioning to ensure seamless integration and operation of installed systems.
Notified Body Approvals
- Coordination and execution of inspections with notified bodies such as UDT, TDT, PRS, ABS, DNV, BV, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
